  • CD33 molecular target review

The P67.6 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD33 (also known as GP67 and P67), a 67kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein that is a member of the Siglec (sialic acid-binding Ig superfamily lectin) family. CD33 is expressed in myeloid precursor cells, granulocytes, and monocytes, and the expression intensity of CD33 in normal people varies. CD33 is expressed in all AML subtypes, and 10% to 20% of ALL may also be accompanied by CD33 expression.
