CD7 molecular target information overview
CD7 molecular target review
The 4H9 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to human CD7, a 40kDa transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. CD7 is expressed on the surface of T cells, NK cells, and acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells. CD7 is involved in regulating cytokine secretion and cell adhesion. It is able to provide co-stimulatory signals and associates with CD3 and CD45, and CD7 is involved in T cell activation.
