Multi‑omics Analysis of Spatial Cell Interaction Networks in the NSCLC Tumor Microenvironment
This study adopted a progressive research framework: “mIF spatial panoramic screening + deep‑learning‑based quantitative modeling + single‑cell mechanistic validation”. Multiplex immunofluorescence was the core platform for data acquisition and signature mining. Specimens were enrolled from 553 surgically treated NSCLC patients at stage IA‑IIIB with strict inclusion and exclusion criteria. Post‑operative disease‑free survival (DFS) was selected as the primary clinical endpoint.
