RA10071 is a wide-range, three-color pre-stained protein molecular weight standard covering 10 kDa to 250 kDa, containing 10 highly purified recombinant proteins. The 70 kDa band is orange-red, the 10 kDa band is green, and the remaining bands are blue. This product is especially suitable for SDS-PAGE and Western blot analysis of large molecular weight proteins. It can be loaded directly without any pretreatment, and the pre-stained bands remain clearly visible after transfer, making it an ideal choice for protein research.

- For 250 kDa large proteins, a low-concentration SDS-PAGE gel (e.g., 8%) is recommended for better separation.
- During transfer, pre-stained bands can be used directly as molecular weight markers without Ponceau staining.
- Compatible with conventional ECL substrates and fluorescence detection systems.
