Product Introduction
3,3′-Diaminobenzidine (DAB) is the most widely used chromogenic substrate for horseradish peroxidase (HRP). In the presence of HRP and peroxide, DAB is oxidized to an insoluble brown precipitate that is alcohol- and water-resistant, providing crisp, permanent staining. EnkiLife DAB Substrate Kit (50×) is an ultra-sensitive reagent designed for HRP-based colorimetric detection in immunohistochemistry (IHC), in-situ hybridization (ISH), and Western blotting. The kit is also suitable for visualizing endogenous peroxidase activity in cells or tissue sections.
