1. Embryonic Stem Cells (ESCs)

OCT4: A transcription factor that maintains the pluripotency of embryonic stem cells.

SOX2: A transcription factor that acts in concert with OCT4 to maintain the pluripotency of embryonic stem cells.

NANOG: A transcription factor that maintains the pluripotency and self-renewal capacity of embryonic stem cells.
