  • Overview of FCER2 molecular targets


    CD23 is a 45kDa type II transmembrane glycoprotein. CD23 is a type II membrane protein expressed by B cells, monocytes, macrophages, eosinophils, platelets, and dendritic cells. CD23 mediates IgE-dependent cytotoxicity and phagocytosis of macrophages and eosinophils.
