MS4A1 Molecular Target Information Overview
MS4A1 molecular target review
CD20 is a phosphorylated protein molecule with a molecular weight of 33-37 kD, which is expressed in B lymphocytes and their precursors, but not in the earliest progenitor cells, and weakly expressed in follicular dendritic cells and a small number of T cells. It is mainly involved in regulating the proliferation and differentiation of B lymphocytes and plays an important role in the immune system. Due to the expression characteristics of CD20 on the surface of malignant B cells and the lack of endocytosis when bound to antibodies, it has been used as a target for immunotherapy of Hodgkin's lymphoma.
