FUT4 molecular target information overview
Overview of FUT4 molecular targets
CD15 is a 220 kDa carbohydrate, also known as SSEA-1, Lewis 3-fucosyl-N-acetyllactosamine (3-FAL). CD15 is expressed on most granulocytes and monocytes, but not on lymphocytes. It participates in cell adhesion, chemotaxis, and phagocytosis.
Human FUT4 Molecular Target Information

Mouse Fut4 target molecular function (prediction)
Predicted to enable 4-galactosyl-N-acetylglucosaminide 3-alpha-L-fucosyltransferase activity. Involved in positive regulation of leukocyte tethering or rolling. Located in cell periphery and cell surface. Is expressed in several structures, including ear; embryo ectoderm; extraembryonic component; genitourinary system; and gut. Orthologous to human FUT4 (fucosyltransferase 4).
