Western Blot Wet Transfer Special · New Choice for Efficient Transfer
Rapid Transfer ● Low Heat Generation ● Reusable ● Methanol-Free
Core Product Advantages
High Efficiency & Time-Saving
Complete transfer in 10-35 minutes, significantly reducing experimental time compared to traditional transfer buffers and accelerating research progress
Ice-Free Design
Low-heat formula eliminates the need for ice bath cooling during transfer, simplifying experimental operations and reducing costs
Reusable
Single preparation can be reused 3-4 times; 500mL stock solution can theoretically perform 30-40 transfers, offering excellent cost performance
Safe & Non-Toxic
No need to add toxic methanol solution, making preparation safer and protecting researchers' health
Basic Product Information
| Product Name | Storage Condition | Specification | Shelf Life |
|---|---|---|---|
| 20× Ice-Free Rapid Transfer Buffer | Room Temperature (RT) | 500mL/bottle + 1 Instruction Manual | 2 Years |
Standard Operation Process
Prepare Working Solution
Take 50mL of 20× concentrate, add 850mL deionized water (ddH2O) and 100mL anhydrous ethanol, mix thoroughly to prepare 1L of 1× transfer working solution.
Assemble Transfer System
Assemble the transfer clamp according to standard Western Blot transfer procedures, and add the prepared 1× transfer working solution to the transfer tank.
Set Transfer Parameters
Set the current to 400mA, and refer to the table below for transfer time based on the target protein molecular weight (for 1.0mm gel):
| Molecular Weight | Transfer Time |
|---|---|
| <50kDa | 10-20min |
| 50-150kDa | 20-35min |
| 150-200kDa | 35-45min |
| >200kDa | 45-60min |
Note: For 1.5mm gels, extend the transfer time by 5-10 minutes appropriately.
Experimental Precautions
- PVDF membrane must be activated with methanol or ethanol before use to ensure transfer efficiency.
- Low temperature will affect transfer efficiency; it is recommended to perform transfer at room temperature.
- Using the plastic ice pack provided with the transfer tank can appropriately reduce the amount of transfer solution, but no additional ice bath cooling is required.
- When reusing the transfer solution for the 4th time, it is recommended to extend the transfer time by 10-15 minutes to ensure complete transfer.
- This product is for research use only and strictly prohibited for clinical diagnosis or other non-research purposes.
