This product is suitable for protein loading in SDS-PAGE electrophoresis. It adopts a new reducing agent formula, does not contain β-mercaptoethanol and DTT, has no odor, and is safer to operate. This product contains denaturants and reducing agents and is not suitable for native electrophoresis or non-reducing denaturing electrophoresis of proteins.

Usage Instructions
- Thaw the product at room temperature, then add the corresponding volume of this product according to 1/4 of the sample volume;
- Heat at 95℃ in a water bath or metal bath for 10 minutes to fully denature the protein;
- After the sample cools to room temperature, it can be directly loaded;
Precautions
- This product can also be directly used for lysis of cells or tissue samples after dilution to 1×;
- This product contains denaturants and reducing agents and is not suitable for native electrophoresis or non-reducing denaturing electrophoresis of proteins;
- This product is for research use only.
