Product Overview
This product is suitable for the dilution of primary and secondary antibodies in Western Blot (WB) experiments. Through a deeply optimized formula, it improves the efficiency of antibody-antigen binding, allowing primary and secondary antibodies to complete incubation in just 20 minutes at room temperature. When using this product to dilute primary antibodies for the first time, no blocking step is required, and the transferred membrane can be directly incubated, thereby improving experimental efficiency.
The antibody working solution diluted with this product can be normally recycled 3-5 times and can usually be stored at 4℃ for more than 6 months. This product is compatible with various antibodies such as phosphorylation and acetylation antibodies and does not contain toxic preservatives like sodium azide.

Operation Procedure
- Working Solution Preparation: According to the dilution ratio specified in the antibody manual, add the primary or secondary antibody to an appropriate amount of this product and mix well (the antibody working solution must completely cover the entire membrane; it is recommended to use more than 10mL);
- Primary Antibody Incubation: Place the transferred NC or PVDF membrane into an appropriate volume of primary antibody working solution and incubate with shaking on a horizontal shaker at room temperature for 20 minutes (no blocking is required when using the primary antibody working solution for the first time);
- Washing: Recover the primary antibody working solution and wash it with TBST 3 times, 3-5 minutes each time;
- Secondary Antibody Incubation: Put an appropriate volume of secondary antibody working solution into the incubation box and incubate with shaking on a horizontal shaker at room temperature for 20 minutes;
- Washing: Recover the secondary antibody working solution and wash it with TBST 3 times, 3-5 minutes each time;
- Development: Add an appropriate volume of ECL luminescent solution and expose and develop it in the instrument.

Precautions
- If high background occurs when using the recycled primary antibody working solution, a blocking step should be added after membrane transfer;
- For low-abundance proteins, it is recommended to incubate the primary antibody overnight at 4℃;
