Product Overview
This product is a Coomassie Brilliant Blue staining solution that enables instant staining at room temperature without dehydration, toxicity, or pollution. It is suitable for fast staining of proteins in various denaturing and non-denaturing gels, as well as for detecting protein residues on gels after Western blotting membrane transfer. Protein bands can be observed in just 2 minutes with this product, which does not contain irritating reagents such as methanol or acetic acid and has an extremely low background. Pure water rinse treatment can further reduce the background without the need for toxic decolorizing solution.

Usage Instructions
- Rinse the gel after electrophoresis with pure water 2-3 times to thoroughly remove impurities and residual electrophoresis buffer on the gel surface;
Discard the pure water, add an appropriate amount of this staining solution (20-30ml recommended, sufficient to completely submerge the gel), protein bands can be observed after 1-2 minutes, and staining for more than 10 minutes is recommended;
If the protein content in the sample is low, the staining time can be appropriately extended to 30 minutes;
- After staining, discard the staining solution, add pure water for rinsing to remove residual staining solution on the gel surface, and the protein band results can be observed directly;
- To further reduce the background, rinse with pure water 3-5 times for 5 minutes each time, and the band clarity will be better.
Precautions
- If the protein bands are not obvious after staining, appropriately extend the staining time to ensure sufficient staining;
- Rinsing the gel with heated pure water before staining can more effectively remove residual SDS and improve protein staining effect;
- This product can be reused 2 times, and the staining time should be increased when reused;
- This product is for research use only and strictly prohibited for clinical diagnosis or other non-research purposes.
