⚠ The product has a shelf life of 1 year (when stored as required). The coagulant should be stored at -20℃, and its shelf life is 3 months at 4℃. The kit cannot be directly frozen. For optimal performance, use with 20× Universal Rapid Electrophoresis Buffer (RA10044).
Operation Process
One-Step Coagulation Method (Taking 1.0mm Mini Gel as Example)
Mix Gel Solutions
Take 2.5mL each of Resolving Gel 1 and Resolving Gel 2, and mix thoroughly
Add Coagulant
Add 50μL Coagulant and mix gently, inject into the gel casting plate to about 1.5cm from the upper edge of the short gel plate (the solution is excessive, do not inject all; after adding Coagulant, mix gently to avoid too much air entering which affects coagulation)
Prepare Stacking Gel
Take 1.0mL each of Stacking Gel 3 and Stacking Gel 4 (shake well before use), and mix thoroughly
Inject and Insert Comb
Add 20μL Coagulant and mix gently, inject into the gel casting plate and insert the comb
Coagulate for Use
Wait for about 20 minutes until the gel coagulates, then slowly pull out the comb for use
Two-Step Coagulation Method (Taking 1.0mm Mini Gel as Example)
Mix Gel Solutions
Take 2.5mL each of Resolving Gel 1 and Resolving Gel 2, and mix thoroughly

First Layer Gel Coagulation
Add an appropriate amount of water or ethanol to cover the liquid surface, wait for 8-15 minutes to allow the gel to coagulate, then pour off the upper liquid

Take 1.0mL each of Stacking Gel 3 and Stacking Gel 4 (shake well before use), and mix thoroughly
Add Coagulant and Inject
Add 20μL Coagulant and mix gently, inject into the gel casting plate and insert the comb
Coagulate for Use
Wait for about 7 minutes until the gel coagulates, then slowly pull out the comb for use

Precautions
1. Gelation speed is positively correlated with temperature, and the amount of coagulant can be appropriately adjusted according to the actual temperature
2. Equilibrate the solution to room temperature before starting gel preparation, which can effectively avoid bubbles in the gel
3. Suitable for Tri-Gly electrophoresis system and MOPS electrophoresis system, it is recommended to use MOPS electrophoresis system for better results
4. The recommended electrophoresis voltage is 150-180V, and the maximum should not exceed 200V to avoid affecting the separation effect
