2. Combined with EnkiLife One-Step Setting Broad-Spectrum Gradient Gel Preparation Kit, it can further improve the efficiency of the entire SDS-PAGE experiment process.
Core Product Advantages
High Efficiency & Time-Saving
Complete electrophoresis in 15-35 minutes, saving more than 50% of time compared to traditional products, significantly shortening the experimental cycle.
Universal Compatibility
Compatible with all SDS-PAGE gel preparation kits and precast gels, no need to change electrophoresis buffer due to system changes.
Low Heat Generation Design
Can still control heat generation under high voltage, avoid protein denaturation, and ensure experimental stability and reproducibility.
Clear Bands
Excellent separation effect for small-molecular-weight proteins, sharp bands without trailing, accurate and reliable experimental results.
Economic & Recyclable
Can be reused 2-3 times with stable performance, reducing experimental consumable costs and waste liquid discharge.
Wide Voltage Adaptation
Supports voltage adjustment from 120-200V, balancing efficiency and resolution, compatible with various electrophoresis instruments.
Operation Process
- Take an appropriate amount of this product, dilute it with ddH₂O at a ratio of 1:19 to prepare 1× working solution (e.g., 50mL of this product + 950mL ddH₂O), and mix thoroughly.
- Add the 1× working solution to the inner and outer tanks of the electrophoresis instrument, ensuring the liquid level in the inner tank is higher than that in the outer tank to avoid short circuits.
- Set a constant voltage of 120-200V and start the electrophoresis program.
- Stop electrophoresis when the Marker is completely separated or bromophenol blue reaches the bottom of the gel, then perform subsequent staining analysis.
Voltage and Time Reference Table
| Voltage Setting | Estimated Electrophoresis Time |
|---|---|
| 120V | 35 minutes |
| 160V | 25 minutes |
| 180V | 20 minutes |
| 200V | 15 minutes |
Note: The actual time can be appropriately adjusted according to gel concentration, protein molecular weight, and electrophoresis instrument performance, subject to the band separation effect.
Precautions
- Can be reused 2-3 times; ensure the working solution is free of turbidity and precipitation.
- High voltage is prone to heat generation; select an appropriate voltage based on ambient temperature, and use an ice bath if necessary.
- The electrophoresis time should not be too long; it is recommended to stop 5-10 minutes before bromophenol blue reaches the bottom of the gel to avoid band smearing.
- For research use only; strictly prohibited for clinical diagnosis, food testing, and other purposes.
