Operation Procedure (Taking WB as an Example)
Ready-to-Use Formula: This product is a ready-to-use blocking solution, no dilution required, ready for direct use.
- Place the transferred membrane into an appropriate volume of 1min Protein-Free Rapid Blocking Solution to completely submerge the membrane, and incubate on a shaker at room temperature for 1 minute;
- After removing the membrane from the blocking solution, directly place it into the primary antibody working solution and proceed with the subsequent antibody incubation process. (No washing required after blocking)
- For blocking in experiments such as IF, IHC, and IC, directly replace the traditional blocking solution with this product according to the relevant experimental steps. Generally, the blocking time can be shortened to 1 minute.
Multipurpose Application: This product can also be used for diluting primary or secondary antibodies, following the conventional antibody dilution ratio.
