Antibody Stripping Buffer (Membrane Regeneration Solution)
Specialized for Western Blot Membrane Regeneration · 10-Minute Fast Stripping · Protects Membrane-Bound Proteins
Product Overview
This product adopts a gentle acidic washing formula without irritating organic reagents such as β-mercaptoethanol. It efficiently removes antibodies from PVDF or NC membranes in 10 minutes with almost no stripping of membrane-bound proteins. The same membrane can be subjected to 3-5 rounds of antibody detection without repeated electrophoresis and membrane transfer, saving samples and time.
Core Advantages
Time Comparison with Traditional Methods
Using this product can shorten membrane regeneration time from 2-3.5 hours to only 30-50 minutes, improving efficiency by 3-4 times!

Product Features
- Efficient Stripping: Obtain a "new" membrane in 10 minutes;
- Low Loss: Almost no loss of membrane-bound proteins;
- Odorless: No irritating odor;
- Repeated Stripping: One membrane can be stripped more than 3 times.
Usage Process
- Stripping: Immerse the blotted membrane after exposure into an appropriate amount of antibody stripping buffer (sufficient to completely submerge the membrane), and incubate on a shaker at room temperature for 10 minutes;
- Washing 1: Take out the stripped membrane and wash it 3 times with washing buffer (TBST or PBST), 5-10 minutes each time;
- Detection of Stripping Effect (Optional): Directly expose and develop the membrane from step 2 to detect. If signals still exist, repeat steps 1 and 2 until no signals are detected on the membrane;
- Washing 2 (Optional): Take out the membrane from step 3 and wash it 3 times with washing buffer (TBST or PBST), 5-10 minutes each time;
- Blocking: Re-block the washed membrane and proceed to a new round of Western Blot immunoassay experiment.
Precautions
- It is recommended to detect low-abundance proteins first, then high-abundance proteins;
- This product is for research use only.
