Product Overview
This product can be used in Western Blot experiments to wash away non-specifically bound antibodies and other reagents on the membrane, as well as in immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry and other experiments for the preparation of blocking solution, preparation of primary or secondary antibodies, and washing after primary or secondary antibody incubation, so as to reduce background and enhance signal-to-noise ratio.
This product is a 10× concentrate with main components: 100 mM Tris, 1.5 M NaCl, 0.5% Tween-20. It needs to be diluted 10 times before use.

Storage Condition: Store at room temperature, shelf life of 1 year.
Usage Instructions
Take 100 mL of this product and mix thoroughly with 900 mL of deionized water, distilled water, or pure water to obtain 1×TBST working solution containing 10 mM Tris, 150 mM NaCl, 0.05% Tween-20, pH 7.2-7.6.

Precautions
- After diluting this product into 1× working solution, it is recommended to store at 2~8℃ and use within one week;
